By providing Mississippi’s First Alumnae Association with this information, you agree to the receipt of information about Mississippi’s First Alumnae Association and its activities, including news releases and newsletters, mailings and invitations regarding upcoming Association events, and fundraising projects. You also agree that Mississippi’s First Alumnae Association may release your contact information to its board members, staff, and volunteers for use in Association activities. These activities include, but are not limited to, annual and quarterly meetings of the Association, committee activities, chapter meetings, area-wide social gathering, and Association events and fundraisers.

If you do not wish to receive or release certain identifying information, please indicate those restrictions on the Mississippi’s First Alumnae Association membership form. Mississippi’s First Alumnae Association will never sell or release your information to third parties. Additionally, any and all sensitive information, including financial information, will be safeguarded and restricted.

Our current policy, as voted on in February 2009, provides that a board member shall be entitled to receive a copy of the membership database for use in board business.

Restrictions on that policy: Our members and friends shall be given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving email and or mailings. Additionally, our members and friends shall be given the opportunity to restrict the release of their information.
